We offer the following subscription plans: • Free Plan: Basic features with limited usage • Starter Plan: $5/month with enhanced AI features • Professional Plan: $15/month with full automation and analytics • Credits: Additional AI credits at $0.05 per credit Payments are processed through Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Violate UpWork's terms of service or community guidelines • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension • Share your account credentials with others • Use automated tools to access the service beyond its intended functionality • Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content

The UpWork Smart Assistant extension, including all software, content, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.
